Hi Paddy Just a quick email to give you some feedback. I spent many weeks googling kitchens and browsing the big "sheds" looking for the perfect kitchen. I finally chose your kitchens for a few reasons Great website Great pics Great comms and no deposit needed. (some company's actually wanted 100% payment upfront then 8 to 12 weeks delivery) When we first arrived at your showroom I knew it was the one, great salesman, no pressure, great surroundings and very friendly. We received our kitchen, on time (well actually 4 weeks earlier then told), great delivery guys, very helpful. Fitting the kitchen was an absolute pleasure, the craftsmanship is second to non. And last but not least my wife is over the moon. Excellent work guys, great company, great product and great people. I could not fault one single thing and would happily recommend your company to anybody. Thanks again Simon

Good morning Adrian, Just a quick e mail to say a very big thank you for all your help and guidance in getting me to this stage!!! What I have strewn around in my kitchen looks very well made and finished...I am just about to do the knotting now...followed by undercoating and top coating over the next week.  May I just also say what a polite and pleasant couple of young chaps delivered the units...one from the sanding dept and one from painting dept I understand.  How good for them to get out of the workshops from time to time and see the completed items delivered...and the customer delight.  So rewarding for them to be involved in more than one piece of the process. You delivered our kitchen back in November and ever since it was installed we have lived in it! We are delighted with the quality and service we recieved, even the awkward corner cooker has fitted into place perfectly. Hi Richard,   I just want to say a big thank-you to you, Rick, the lad who delivered the kitchen and all the team.    We really could not have asked for a better service and the quality of the product is amazing.   From start to finish our expectations have been exceeded.    It's not quite finished yet but the worktops have just gone on.    The best compliment I can say is that you may consider putting your prices up to match the craftsmanship.    The worktops are from Mayfair granite in Bradford who were very good on the price of £2,200 including fitting and tempting. They do work with other kitchen makers so it could add something to your kitchens, but beware as they also make their own, though not to your standard.   Thanks again and I will send you some more pictures when finished.   Mike and Hannah

Dear all, We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in planning and making our kitchen The end product has exceeded our expectations. We love it! A special thanks to Maisie who was brilliant throughout ( even on draft 5 of our kitchen). She gave us some really good ideas. Answered all our questions swiftly when we emailed, and generally made the whole process as stress free as it could be. Whoever made our kitchen ( sorry we don’t know your names) your craftsmanship is fantastic. The quality is so much better than kitchens we saw that were much more expensive. We’ve enclosed photos to put in your gallery if you want, but also thought it might be useful to potential customers to write briefly about the things that we feel make the kitchen especially good. The soft close drawers and cupboards. Worth the extra cost. The bench. Looks great and provides loads of extra storage. The larder. Is so large inside it stores all our food, a microwave, magimix and nutribullet. The mantle. Looks beautiful and hides the extractor fan ( which was included). We asked for the word ‘LARDER’ etched on the larder. Everyone comments on this. The bookcase. We had drawers put in the bottom with usb sockets behind to charge all our phones and gadgets. Dear Paddy I don’t normally write letters of thanks. But I’ve been so impressed by the service and delivery of my Kitchen from you and the team at Pineland that I felt I should. Firstly your patience with the numerous emails back and forth with design changes and measurement adjustments. The drawings were detailed and very helpful for preplanning our kitchen layout. The dates set for manufacturing and delivery were spot on. The delivery guys were courteous and didn’t grumble about the lack of parking near our home or the fact that the kitchen had to be taken upstairs. The after care from Pineland to send helpful instructions on sealing the kitchen and it’s interior and some handy notes on painting it was also unexpected and a comfort to receive. I’m not surprised that there is a waiting list to get one of Pinelands kitchens. If only other kitchen makers would be so efficient and it’s worth the wait and I will be sure to recommend you to others. The team at Pineland deserve to charge much more for their kitchens but somehow they don’t. You supply solid wood kitchens that will last a lifetime at a competitive price to cheaper flat pack composite wooden types, that frankly do not last. It’s refreshing to see well made furniture at an affordable price that will last a life time in this modern day throw away culture, that frankly isn’t good for the environment. The kitchen is way beyond my expectations and a lot of craftsmanship found in much more expensive solid wood kitchens. Thanks again Pineland. William

Hi,   It’s been almost a year since I got my kitchen cabinets from  Pineland and I’m ready to give my review.   The process of coming up with the final kitchen plan would not have been possible without Paddy. He was really patient with me throughout the process and also helped me made some useful suggestions and advice. I’m sure I made his work difficult but he was always there whenever I wanted to ask questions or make some last minute changes (Which I did so many times).   It’s a shame i couldn’t get a professional to take pictures of the kitchen when it was done. Totally in love with my kitchen and I want to say a big thank you to the team. The delivery guys were amazing!! I would definitely recommend you to anyone who wants an amazing kitchen.
